Our Approach

Our approach includes creating a safe, compassionate and non-confrontational environment where women can embrace their recovery in Jupiter. We address the disease of addiction holistically by treating the mind, body and spirit. We strive to give people a place to address their addictions that is rooted in the disease model and the 12-step recovery program. We provide planning for continued care that gives guests and their loved ones an opportunity to gain insight into the ways in which they have been affected by the family disease of addiction, and to learn how to recover from the effects of the disease. Villa Tranquil is a high end, upscale, specialized and professional recovery residence in Jupiter created to offer individualized attention and care. Villa Tranquil is uniquely different in that we’re independently owned and operated by licensed clinicians.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is to create a serene, compassionate and authentic atmosphere where guests can develop lifelong sobriety. Research has consistently shown that women need a safe, nurturing environment where they can begin to heal from addiction. Villa Tranquil is specifically designed to meet women’s needs and support long-term recovery in Jupiter, FL. Our high end program is designed to be trauma informed and we implement trauma-informed practices in programs and services with the Seeking Safety Model created by Dr. Lisa Najavits. At Villa Tranquil we also utilize the techniques of Stephanie Covington, outlined in her manual, “Helping Women Recover” and her book, “A Woman’s Way Through the Twelve Steps.”
